1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a locksmith service has been completed, it is considered final. We do not issue refunds for any work that has already been carried out, regardless of the outcome, circumstances, or client satisfaction. By confirming and receiving our services, the client agrees that the job has been completed as agreed, and no further compensation will be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to Betterlocksmiths LTD are final and non-refundable. If a service was quoted, agreed upon, and paid in advance, this payment is considered binding. Clients cannot request a refund after the service has been agreed and/or delivered, even if they later change their mind or seek alternative solutions.

3. Advance Bookings and Deposits

For certain jobs, an advance payment or deposit may be required to secure an appointment or initiate work. These payments are also non-refundable unless Betterlocksmiths LTD cancels the appointment or fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.

4. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for rescheduling but not for a refund. Short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a full service charge.

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized transaction, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any genuine disputes fairly. Chargebacks filed without prior communication will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in further legal action.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking any locksmith service through Betterlocksmiths LTD, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy in full. These terms apply to all clients, regardless of the method of contact or payment.
